Videos: strange things in water, woods - Tue, January 23, 2007
 Cryptidtruth, the person who sent me the weird picture of that thing in the water, sent me a link to a video he uploaded to YouTube. It's short, blurry and pixilated, which of course are practically prerequisites for cryptid sighting footage, but I must say I am intrigued. (discuss)
In other "movie news," check out the latest installment in what's become the How To Fake a Cryptid Sighting series! Wow, who would've guessed Young and Park would end up being the Merchant and Ivory of the CZ set? Okay, so we're probably actually more Wood than Ivory (Ed Wood, that is), but who's counting? We're having fun, I'm feeling creative again, and I didn't even have to wear angora. Ms. Park also encouraged me to record one of my songs, and she's even working on a video for it. And since Sun-Yi is a film student, our goofy little movies are actually sorta educational, so I don't feel so guilty about the whole, ya know, "looming adulthood" thing. (Speaking of which, I'm still accepting entries for Derek C. Young's 'My Pain is Your Gain' Bigfoot Giveaway, so hit me up.)

Maybe one of you guys can give my buddy Matt a hand deciphering the Domain of the Golden Dragon--looks like there's a lot more to that old box of his grandpa's stuff than he first thought….
